Dani Alves set to complete Juventus move
– Club chief Giuseppe Marotta says talks with Dani Alves going smoothly but Masherano is still rough
Juventus director Giuseppe Marotta has suggested that Barcelona and Brazil full back Dani Alves is closer than ever to joining the club.
The 33-year-old looks set to leave Barcelona after eight years at Camp Nou, with Serie A being the most obvious destination for the full back.
Alves has won the Champions League on three occasions with the Catalans.

Speaking with regards to his side’s transfer plans, Marotta told Sky Sports: “I can confirm that negotiations with Dani Alves are on the right track – we are satisfied. We are very optimistic.”
And Marotta also commented on potential moves for Alves’ Barca teammate Javier Mascherano and Valencia’s Andre Gomes.
He said: “We are addressing the issue of Mascherano. But this negotiation, and for Andre Gomes, will become more complicated.”
