The Brazilian Football Federation (CBF) has appointed Corinthians coach Tite as head coach of the men’s national team after the exit of former manager Dunga.
Dunga was sacked after crashing out of the 2016 Copa America at the group stage.
According to CNN, Brazilian media claim the deal is done but that Tite (real name Adenor Bacchi) had yet to agree a salary.

Corinthians president Roberto de Andrade says he does not know of anny appointment but Globo reported that the coach would be leaving Brazil’s biggest club soon.
Tite has won the club two Serie A titles, the Copa Libertadores and the World Club Cup with the Sao Paulo
A popular choice who had been lobbied by the public and the CBF, Tite won the Manager of the Year award last season, while thrashing city rivals Sao Paulo 6-1 during the campaign.
